Doesn't matter what or how much I eat. But for the last two weeks I get a really bad head ache after meals. Anyone experienced this?

You may be dehydrated. Try eating smaller meals, more frequently. Avoid simple carbohydrates like candy bars, white bread and fruit juices. Avoid artificial sweeteners. Try to eat slowly and take a walk after meals, it will help with digestion. Good luck!

MSG is used as a filler in many Asian foods and causes me a headache and then a migraine if I am not aware that it is in the food. I have become aware of this and now I ask if there is MSG in the food I buy from Asian resteraunts. If so I pass on the particular item that has the MSG.

Yes. This popular restaurant in town initials Plos. I was there on the following April 25 and October 17 1997. The food as good. On both occasions I had pasta pencil points with sauce . The next days after I had one of the most intense painful headaches I have ever had in my life. It was terrible I connected it with the meal the evening before. I have not been there since.

Sometimes MSG can cause severe headackes. Or maybe you are really dehydrated or something. Maybe see like a Chiropractor to see if you are just having an allergic reaction.
