I've been going to the gym for a year and a half, and everything was going perfect. Until this week I started having a very very strong pain on the lower back of my head. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that i started taking l-glutamine this week, or that i have a new trainer i've just been working with for two weeks (the mos tiring two weeks of my life). Please help me i'm starting to worry, today i couldn0t even do 10 push-ups because of the pain. This is just the third day, but it gets stronger every day.
