Not all that sure what it is medically. I know for tummy aches grate some fresh ginger in some boiling water to create a tea which will settle your tummy some. Also try laying on your left side as it will naturally align your organs. If you are in alot of pain for an extended amount of time see a doctor as it can be a serious medical condition with your internal organs.

Tums, Maalox, Pepcid, Pepto Bismol - Antacid
Drink Ginger Ale
Dry Toast, Crackers - Saltines

Pain in your leg could be anything - sciatica, muscle cramp, over use etc

Stomach pain could be - indigestion, ulcer, flu etc.

Make an appointment with your doctor - if you can wait. If you cannot wait, go to the emergency room for evaluation!

Gas, watch out below. LOL. You are not suppose to eat and lay down after wards, wait an hour. Yep, more than likely you have gas, just relax and let it flow. Enjoy.
