She was at the doctor but he said it was a throat problem and gave her tablets, and said that she will be ok, but after some days the same thing has been repeated? Do you think that this is very serious? Also she should change the doctor maybe???

I suffer fronm panic attack and ansiety. I got to the bad habit of drinking so I can relax and go to sleep. I want to stop drinking and now I am taking Benadryl because it allows me to relax. Should I seek professional help? Or Is there any medication that could help me realx?

I have two small red bumps near my uvula that I first noticed about a month ago while I was looking at my sore throat. I went to an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, and he gave me some Nasacort and a prescription for something else. He didn't say anything about the bumps though. They bumps are still there. What could they be? I'm assuming they're not anything serious, as the ENT specialist didn't mention them.

During the school year, I can sleep thirteen hours at a time. During the summer, though, I will go to sleep at eleven, and wake at eight. It may be that I am not doing as much (I doubt it; I started running again, and I work now), or just that I don't need as much sleep. Anyone else have this problem?

I hate going to the doctor, plus for me going to the doc is expensive. I had/have an ingrown toenail in my big toe. It got red and sore. My skin started peeling on top of that red area(myskin seem to always peel w/an ingrown nail). I saw a small amt. of puss when i squezed on it. I soaked it in warm saltwater, put peroxide on it, and put antibiotic cream on it. In a few days it go a lot better. I was able to see the ingrown nail and I clipped it into a square where it was diggin into the skin. My toe is still a little red but does not hurt almost at all. The tip of the corner of the toe is a little tender..i guess cause i clipped the nail ( cause I keep messing w/ it to try an d get the rest of the nail out if its there) Its not totally clearned up yet, but the improvement is astronamical. Should I still go to the doc., I really cannot afford it.

one week my 'smoking consultant' said, don't beat yourself up if you relapse...this week if i relapse he'll kick me off the programme!! how can they be so easy-going one week & not so the next? only been there 2 weeks....enough to make you want a ***...bloody nhs.

ok. my best friend is a bit obsessed with caffeine .she used to drink 5-10 red bulls and now she is into those pills. are they harmless? if she takes them every day or so? she likes to be alert all the time and since she has this 8-4 job and likes to go out till like 3 am.. she tells me she needs them cos they make her energetic and she 'wakes up'. im kinda worried about her. any website that can prove that they or Red Bull are not very healthy?
