I have two small red bumps near my uvula that I first noticed about a month ago while I was looking at my sore throat. I went to an Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist, and he gave me some Nasacort and a prescription for something else. He didn't say anything about the bumps though. They bumps are still there. What could they be? I'm assuming they're not anything serious, as the ENT specialist didn't mention them.

Thanks Juniemoon! The ENT did say that I had sinus drainage. However, the Nasacort and antibiotics don't seem to be working too well.

I had something very similar... in fact, I was worried it might be an std from oral sex or something when it didn't go away after a couple of trips to the doctor for antibiotics and allergy meds. Turns out, the smooth pebble-like bumps aren't anything serious at all. The ENT said it is from allergy/sinus drainage over extended period of time. If you look with magnification, you will probably find a cobblestone appearance on the back of your throat as well. Hope this helps...

I suggest you give the ENT a call and find out for yourself.
