During the school year, I can sleep thirteen hours at a time. During the summer, though, I will go to sleep at eleven, and wake at eight. It may be that I am not doing as much (I doubt it; I started running again, and I work now), or just that I don't need as much sleep. Anyone else have this problem?

Don't worry about the number of hours you're sleeping; think about how you feel in the morning, as well as how easily you get tired as the day goes on. If you're comfortable with your level of energy, then that's the right amount of sleep for you. And of course, it can change depending on how physically & mentally active you are. In addition, the average person needs less sleep as they get older.
