ok. my best friend is a bit obsessed with caffeine .she used to drink 5-10 red bulls and now she is into those pills. are they harmless? if she takes them every day or so? she likes to be alert all the time and since she has this 8-4 job and likes to go out till like 3 am.. she tells me she needs them cos they make her energetic and she 'wakes up'. im kinda worried about her. any website that can prove that they or Red Bull are not very healthy?

Caffeine is a drug even though it is legal. It can be addictive if taken too much, and your friend sounds like she might be. It can keep her energized for a while, but she will eventually crash. Making your body dependant on anything is unhealthy. If she tries to just stop automatically, it could also harm her and/or make her sick because her body is used to getting it.
