I must say, they happen when i get stressed or have exames coming. Can they be caused by a high bloodpressure?
Also, ofter i while a massive blood clot comes out. Is this a sign of anything bad? Please help!

We have very thin and light curtains in our bedroom at the moment which let in a load of light in the mornings. The place is literally completely lit up by about 4:30am. Could this be bad for our health?

Hi,
Currrently I can hold my breath for almost 1 minute 15 seconds.
But I want to take it to 2 minutes and more by practicing.

Is that ok. I mean is it safe?

Abhay.

I don't have a job. I don't have friends, and I don't have a boyfriend. NO boy likes me. I'm sick (I feel like I have heart disease at a young age). I can't get along with people and people always piss me off. Have any tips to make my life better? Also are their any anger management classes available?

I'm thinking about taking a work assignment in England late this year or next year. How does emergency medicine differ between the two countries? Is it worthwhile to skip over the pond to work there?

It's the most uncomfortable feeling throughout my body, as if every fiber were straining in a galvanic charge of low-voltage electricity that carried a most discomforting sensation. I practically squirm out of my skin, it's so intense. I take frequent breaks but as soon as I return to work, the tension comes back. As soon as I quit work, it goes away. What quick, working ways could you suggest that I might get rid of this uncomfortable feeling of tension as I work? Something short of going to a masseuese or going for a walk (I work at night), but rather a remedy or something that will help that is immediate.
