its because you have some sort of infection in your body and the boils are your body's way of getting rid of the infection. go see a doctor soon or they will keep coming. hope this helps :)!!!

Because you can get zits on any skin on your body.
Treat them the same way you would treat zits on your face, if you have that facewash stuff, use it there too.
