I think some people misinterpret questions- I don't wanna know what a gastroenterologist is (trust me, I would know).
I just wanna know if YOU see one.

Yes, I see a gastroenteroligist. I have Ulcerative Colitis. It took seeing 3 different ones before I found 1 that really took the time to listen and is helping me. It is important to me to have an MD that really cares and wants to help. He really has.

No, I do not see one. Mainly because I try to eat as many raw (living) foods as I can and stay away from processed junk mass produced by our "need it now" quick, quick, quick, society.
Corn Syrups, sodas, pretty much anything processed in a box will effect your body in adverse ways over time. Guess what I eat for breakfast? Fruit...
I spoke with a guy that had stomach issues and asked him how much water he drinks a day.... he said none... just coffee and soda....
And he was surprised he was having stomach issues.....?!?

A gastroenterologist is a physician specializing in the GI tract.......intestines. You should get a referral from your PCP

Gastrontologist can be seen for many reasons, including, heartburn, acid reflux, anemia, ulcers, hernias, Celiac disease, just to name a few, there are many other reasons to see a doctor in this field, Mine is a good doctor, always pleasant, and knows his stuff,

My Dr. is very good, I have Gerd and barrets. So I will be seeing him every 2 yrs.

yes i have seen one and he was great when i had my gallbladder taken out and my husband has too for his throat. Most of them are good and do know what they are doing.
