I don't have a job. I don't have friends, and I don't have a boyfriend. NO boy likes me. I'm sick (I feel like I have heart disease at a young age). I can't get along with people and people always piss me off. Have any tips to make my life better? Also are their any anger management classes available?

Life is what you make of it...you need to get away and take some time to reflect on who you are and who you want to be. Just stop everything you are currently doing and make a decision to completely change your life.
Try yoga for focus and meditation, try doing something nice for someone else (that will make you feel so good about yourself), get a job doing something you love, even if it doesn't pay well and don't worry about men. With the state you are in right now, there is no way a relationship will work. Learn to love yourself, then others will follow:)

You need to get involved in something to occupy your self...like a hobby, cars, pets, church. You should also be speaking with your Dr. (that is the only person that can determine if you have heart disease but most kids your age don't). But these up and down feeling you have could be caused by a chemical imbalance that could easily be fixed with vitamins, and proper diet. Your Dr. can help determine what is needed to correct this.

get a job, first off...then you'll have motivation, and you'll be able to save money and make goals for yourself. Don't worry about boys until you're happy with yourself. I don't know where you can go for anger management, but you could google for some places in your area. Maybe you should talk to someone you trust and tell them how you feel. It's good that you recognize that you need to change some things. Good luck.

I DONT THINK SO ....... that ur life sucks , its all in the mind , if u feel that i need approval from everyone then u r wrong , for happiness u want to be satisfied with who you are and not what others think of you ...... u need your own approval for happiness and so many people are loners on this earth myself being one but i am happy with my life coz i got goals in life for which i concentrate my energyon and not what others think of me .. beleive me most frendz are mean and selfish and very diff to find someone honest ... so my suggestion is get a goal and work towards it n u will forget the lack of frendz in ur life ...it always works

If you feel miserable then only you are responsible for that.
Get up and shake off!! No management class can teach you how to respect yourself. First learn to respect yourself. Talk in front of a mirror and convince yourself that you are great and then go ahead and find the joys of life. Life wont suck any more.

GET REAL FRIENDS, not VIRTUAL FRIENDS OVER THE NET AND IN CHAT ROOMS. AND SEEK HELP FROM THOSE WHO CARE NOT STRANGERS ON THE WEB. Get back to real world and enjoy your life. Always remember you and I are very lucky to have a caring family and friends so we should learn to cherish that.
