Some time i touch any object i feel electric shock.?

my 3 colleagues have been also sufered from electrich shock while exachanign flash ram...

i am worried kinly help me.

nylon carpets and clothing are the worst causes,perfectly harmless tho.If you remove nylon clothing in a dark room you can see flying sparks,the same goes for rubbing a ballon on you and then sticking it to a wall,and keep brushing your hair until it is charged this is all static electricity

static build up from somewhere. possible culprits include the carpeting, or wool suits.
