i accidentaly swallowed a staple a few seconds ago. what is gonna happen?

the other day my friends 1 yr old baby fell off the bed an got stuck between the bed an a hot radaitor. her left arm an leg an tummy got burnt can a radiator really do this much damage because the baby is in a burns unit now an a dont know what to believe. i would like some good advice on this question thanks...

I have had a small lump on the heel of my foot. More towards the center of the foot at the beginning of the heel. It is hard, and sore to the touch. I belive that I must have gotten a splinter , and didnt feel it... by walking on my foot... it went deeper and now new skin has grown over it... It is very sore.. I canot wear any shoes with a heel.. I do not have insurance... so does anyone have a way to draw them out... I have soaked my foot in warm water... that didnt help,

my ear lobe is infected for sure because of the puss that sometimes comes of it, but instead of using rubbing-alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide, can i use a little bit of hand sanitizer to try healing it? I thought it might make sense because it also has alcohol in it that can heal it. is this appropriate or effective in anyway?

I cut my finger on a knife on Sunday, it is pretty deep, but my husband helped me (he's trained in first aid) put pressure on it and stop the bleeding. He cleaned it and bandaged it. Now 2 days later, it still has not begun to heal. The edges are jagged looking and have not yet started to come together. Does that make sense? Does it need stitches?

When I swallow I feel like there is a noise in one ear and when I hold my nostrils together and blow out my ears feel like they are popping open...almost as if something inside is keeping them stuck. What is the reason for this and how can I make it go away? About a month a go the same ear was clogged from an infection but with meds is no longer clogged. Thank you for any replies or help you can give me. Benta
