It depends on the glass size. Usually between 12-16. Most say on the bottom. If not, fill up a pop bottle and estimate how much fits in it or use a 1 cup measuring cup. That has 8 ounces in it.

Depends on how large the glass is! Sometimes if you turn it over and read the bottom there could be a code that tells you that the glass is a 6 ounce, or 12 ounce, etc. Also, if you have a can of soda (that is 12 ounces) and if you pour that into a glass and it is full....you can figure that glass is 12 ounces. etc.

8 ounces equals l cup
16 ounces equal 1 pint
32 ounces equal l quart
64 ounces equal 1/2 gallon
128 ounces equal l gallon
