Go to the Red Cross and inquire about classes. You can be certified by the American Heart Association and The American Red Cross. Either one will work.

web certifications are good for basic first aid knowledge but will not help for CPR or AED certification,contact your local fire department or the American Heart Assn.the American Red Cross also has training courses but are not as widely accepted as AHA cert.'s

I don't know how you can get certified for first aid when you need hands on application. For the mouth to mouth alone, how are you going to do that over the Net? most first aid classes are in the area you live in, as far as I know there's no National Register. Call your local fire department, they should know where your headquarters are, they have to qualify each year.
