Like any part of your body they do need time to heal. To speed up the healing process rinse your mouth a couple of times a day with warm water mixed with salt. It should clear up quickly.

You need to quit picking at them. Have something acidic like Orange Juice ONLY ONCE a day,.. then avoid things with acid like Tomatoes and Apples... and well fruits.

You should clean out your mouth really well and off the conker with a good brush,.. then not brush for some days to give it a break. I know it's hard to do but don't tounge at it.

You might want to try putting a drop of Mint or Eucalptyse on your canker sore(s). Drink some Hot Teas, Hot Soup,.. and water in place of Soda Pop. Drinking milk and eatting pudding,.. leaveing it on the canker for a little bit might help.

Now if you don't know why your getting them,.. you might want to look into the cause being something your allergic to,.. like there are even things in toothpaste people are allergic to that cause that reaction. But often people bite them selves,.. even in their sleep and then they don't know where it came from.

Just leave them alone. They will go away on their own in a few days. The tongue heals very fast.
