Please i need help, i am pretty sure that there is a sliver of glass in my big toe on my foot. At first I thought I got all of it out but I didn't. I have trying to get it out but it just won't.

It is very painful, hurts to walk on it.

Please what would be the easiest, and less painful way of getting it out??????


It alreadly has been it for like 2 days now.

I personaly believe that a CPR card should be required to get a drivers license and to graduate from high school. I think this only because many people don't know CPR and there should be some incentive to take a CPR class. What do you think?

I don't know whether I have pricked myself but I feel a tingling, pricking sensation in my left thumb from yesterday when I touch it or try to do things like typing in a keyboard, and I'm doing it now without using my left thumb. How do I know whether something has penetrated into the finger, and how do I get it out, if so? Please suggest a remedy I can try out at home.

I had a small lump removed from under the skin on my leg today and got about 10 stiches. I don't really know how to take care of them. What I want to know is if i bend my leg (like walking or sitting) they feel really tight and i'm afraid of them popping. can that happen? how long until the skin streches and it doesn't feel tight? and what would be the best madicine for pain? i heard advil (ibuprofen) can cause more bruising, but what generic pain killer would be the same as tylenol? and how long should i keep the band-aids on it, and should i put medicine on them? or leave them how they are?

About 4 times a year, I have bloody noses that last 3-4 hours. Last time was valentines day-- it started at breakfast and lasted till lunch while I was delivering singing carnation grams. I'm at work now, sitting at my desk, and I need it to go away, theres a customer coming in 20 minutes. I currently have a piece of tissue stuffed into my nose.

What can I do to make this thing STOP NOW?

It started last night, i feel like I have something stuck in my throat, no matter how much I cough or bang on my chest I can't seem to shift it. I have also sneezed, burped and banged on my chest.

Yesterday I and my 24-year-old girlfriend were in restaurant. We were talking about chewing gums. She told me that it isn't dangerous to swallow a chewing gum. When we were talking she was chewing a gum. She told me that she will swallow her gum right now and nothing will happen. She slowly took the gum back toward her throat, made a gulp and swallowed her chewing gum. Then she told me that she had already swallowed her gum and couldn't feel it anymore. She told me that swallowed gum couldn't hurt her so not to worry. Then we left the restaurant and talked about other issues. She later told me that there is nothing dangerous, she couldn't feel the gum anymore and she has no stomachache . . . She told me that it is in her stomach and then will come out and laughed. So isn't it dangerous? Is she really right?

i am having a terrible cold, i was having slight fever and major headache the past two days, now the fever is gone, but i still have headache and cold sweating sometimes. and i have a stuffy nose"not so bad, but won't go away" I have taken so far, the Excedrin "extra strength", some cough medicine, and i just bought the Advil, Liqui-gels
I am wondering if that would help with the cold and the headache. because it says to relieve pain and headache due to "cold", does that mean that it will help me get through the headache due to cold as well as the cold? i feel so tired and dizzy, please help!
