My doctor said she could see wax buildup, but did nothing about it. I always clean the outside of the ear, but I am afraid to touch the inside.

Do not touch the inside except with your elbow.

You can purchase some drops for this from the chemist. In Australia they are called "Waxol" or "Cerumol"

Some people put a few drops of olive oil in the ear instead.

This dissolves the ear wax and lets the ear clear it out more easily.

You may have to use this for some days - up to a week or so.

Go see a druggest. There are over the counter medications that are inexpensive that will do the job for you.

Don't even stick anything in your ear that is bigger than your elbow!! LOL!

well like a Q-tip is good
and also a damp thin wash cloth
you could use baby oil or something
that is not harsh.
Just clean your ear gentally
and if you are afraid ask your mother
or your father , or brother, sister, auntie,
uncle , cousin, or best friend but please
CLEAN THAT EAR

Q-Tip (cotton swabs) don't reach in that far though. You'll know when to stop.
