Sometimes my legs feel so cramped up that I can't sleep at night. I have to apply pressure to it for the pain to go away. I can't really describe the feeling so I can't really tell anyone what it is but I guess "cramped" is the word. Sometimes when I punch my thighs it helps the pain stop. It doesn't tingle, its just a immense pain that runs through my whole leg to especially my feet. What could this be? My father has a history of arthritis. could this be it?

After a long time with Tylenol PM (Over 5 months) I had a lot of trouble getting off of it. I had to deal with not being able to sleep, headaches like you can't believe, and things like that. Well about 4 months later I can sleep on my own, but I still get the headaches, and I still have this feeling like I'm not all there, like this guy talks about...

I woke up saturday feeling nausea and later developed a stomach pain on my left side. I only threw up after making myself because it was the only way i could find relief. These symptons lasted until Monday and slowly subsided over the next few days. On wednesday i developed a lower back pain which so far has lasted a couple of days. Any ideas about what was the matter with me?

You can simply tell us or explain it; like what it was (or is) how it happened, and so on. The most painful thing I've ever done was be kicked by my friend Jonelle. We were just playing around, then I felt like my leg snapped in half and was gushing blood. Actually, all it was was a huge red mark. Yeah, whatever, I'm a sissy... but now I try not to 'play' kick my friends.
P.S.---If you think I'm stupid for 'play kicking' my friends, what else is there to do in lunch after you eat and sit there for minutes?

I have a friend from high school that posted a bulletin on Myspace. He was taking a survey, and when asked the question "what's the worst thing you've ever done?" he replied that he "wouldn't lie...I do enjoy some over-the-counter drugs from Canada that are illegal in the US." What's he talking about? What kind of drugs is he talking about?

Thet want me to go to Physical therapy. Any help would be greatlly appreciated. So far they have said; torn muscle, skin bruises, damaged nerves.

Hi all,

OK, heres my storey, Im only 23 and my right hip is in constant pain at all times, I need it to stop so I wanted to see if anyone knew of any not strong drug related way to treat it.

When I was 19 I had a bad car accident and fractured my hips in 3 places, I have been told there will be degenerative changes and it wont be good forever but I'm only 23 and I'm already in so much pain. The pain is in my right hip where it joins with the leg joint.

I currently am very active which I have been told not to change, im about 130pounds and im 169cm so I'm not overweight at all. I go to the chiropractor every 3 weeks (also have wiplash) and she plays around a little, I take glucosimine.
This all does nothing though.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to minamise the pain? Thanks for your help

I'm in 11th grade and am experiencing extreme fatigue lately. I always get to bed around 10 or 11ish and am up around 7, so I get my full 8 or 9 hours sleep. However, in school, I can barely concentrate. I fell asleep in math class today and my eyes are always watery and I just wanna go to bed. I'm on prozac for depression right now, but i dont think it's that cuz it's getting better. How can I stop this? School is hell cuz I cant even work!

That is what my MRI states.

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and what treatments are out there to treat this.

I'm 6 feet tall, 160 lbs or so. I work out 3 times a week and eat healthy. I don't drink anything except water. There are days when I wake up and my face looks puffy and fat almost swollen. I look nothing like myself. This lasts for a few days then I go back to normal. Then 1 week later it will happen again. It's not allergies. I've had a blood test. I'm thinking fluid retention, maybe? Are there pills for this. Sometimes I pop a Motrin and it helps, but Motrin isn't good for the stomach. Has anyone else experienced anything similar....greatly appreciate any answers...

I have a 1 1/2 mm kidney stone that the doctor said I can pass. So far he hasn't been very forthcoming about how much it's going to hurt. Has anyone out there been through this? I am female if that makes a difference. I am sure it's different for men and women.

I play in 90+ heat, but I drink lots of water before, during, and after the game. It's not related to heading the ball. Symptoms include distorted vision, tingling in fingertips, and moderate-severe head pain. I do seem to sweat more than others so I was wondering if maybe I'm not getting enough salt to counter the loss in my sweat?
