What is an 8 year old doing online? If this really is from a child, contact an adult you trust to contact children's services for you. If its not a child , its a very poor joke.

If you are a Brit call childline, otherwise get the cops in. Grow up big and strong and one day when you are right for it go back home and beat the shite out of him, see if he likes it........

call the police....i know it's hard, but what he's doing is a crime and you need an adult to help!!! dial 911 NOW!!! he'll stil be around, but he will be warned about touching you.....i'm sooooo sorry you have to go through this...PLEASE!!! PLEASE call 911 now!!!

tell a close friend or relative. if theres noone you can trust at home, tell your teacher at school
call childline or fone the police
