I have pain in my leg where I hit it on the ground. It is still bruised and knumb. The pain is sharp and almost like a burning feeling. Sometimes when it hurts you can see what appears to be a vien or something. I don't even think the doctors know. The M.R.I. shows good yet I still have these problems. Thet want me to go to Physical therapy. Any help would be greatlly appreciated. So far they have said; torn muscle, skin bruises, damaged nerves.

the sharp pain and burning sensation is usually what it feels like from nerve damage. you should see a neurologist to have a thorough examination of the nerve problem. Physical therapy is definitely going to help you get over the severe pain you are experiencing. It's going to take time and you have to be patient. injuries such as what you have experienced take at least four months of physical therapy to recover.

It feels like crap. There is a constant shooting pain in the area and right around it. I fractured my ankle 6 years ago and I still have shooting pain in my ankle. The xrays and stuff they took says everything is fine but my doc says I have a few damaged nerves but everything is ok. Yeah everything IS okay but every now and then I want to kick someone with my good foot because I am in so much pain. Its been 6 years and at times I still feel the same way I did the day it happened
