how can you tell? i have severe side pain that I've never experienced before - but it's a musculature type pain

the pain is localized about 4" to the right of my navel

I worked with a physician 9 months in Ghana who has relatives who are physicians in the United States. It has been years since they were in touch and he ask me to try to locate them if I could. In general, what sleeping positions are the most beneficial to your health? And why?

Furthermore, does putting a thin, foam mattress on the floor, and sleeping on it, is it an improvement over sleeping on a regular mattress/bed? I ask because the mattress I'm sleeping on doesn't seem to be rigid enough to support my back.

Or maybe it's better if it's softer?

I am hurting pretty bad. I am somehow hurt my wrist and I am neasiated and dizzy and I want to get it checked out, but I am scared to tell my dad (who is also my caregiver) that I want to go get checked AGAIN. I am 27 years old and always in & out of the ER. Should I tough it out? Or should I go in? I don't want to pass out, which has happened before..... I am scared...

I've been prescribed it for 13 years and find it effective. I'm allergic to codeine and find that regular paracetamol and ibruprofen don't help with my knee pain.

Is there any new medicine that I could try. I have been taking 40mg of oxycontin 2 a day, could that be making me sleepy.
I feel like narcotics are the only thing that will make me feel a little better. I just wish there was something else I could do. Also I haven't gotten my period in like 7 months. I would guess because of my headaches and my stress from everything. What should I do???
