do i have a hernia?

how can you tell? i have severe side pain that I've never experienced before - but it's a musculature type pain

the pain is localized about 4" to the right of my navel

You will also have a bulge in your abdomen if you have a hernia.

But you really should see a doctor for any health concern, in case it is something serious.

it might just be gas but if it continues, you need to get it checked out
