CHOOSE THE AGE GROUP FIRST...THE COMPARISONS WILL BE MADE IN THE CLASSROOM WHEN ALL OF THE FINDINGS ARE COMPILED.........
A HEALTHY ADULT USES GOOD JUDGEMENT IN HEALTH ,SXAECISE AND EATING HABITS....
TO MAKE A FAIR ASSESSMENT AN OBSERVATION SHOULD BE FOR AN AMOUNT OF TIME THAT THE ADULT WILL DO THE THINGS THAT I JUST STATED......
LOOK AT SLEEP PATTERNS.
FOODS.
EXERCISE.
RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS
PLAY PATTERNS....
MOOD....
BLIEF SYSTEMS AND MORALS .....HAVE FUN

find two older adults that are the same age & make a compareison to see if one is any different from the other when it comes to doing a small task & if one of them finds the task to hard to do then you have found your answer.

I get your question but I think thats a project you should do. And another project you could do thats as boring as that is taking a picture of yourself everyday for 2 years and notice the difference?? its on youtube.com

choose a number of characteristics or details in their daily life, then follow through on all of those to see if there are any changes over time..
