I am going to have surgery on my hand I have a nodule on my middle finger and pulled muscle in my palm on my right hand. My right hand is also my dominate hand. Any suggestions on remaining calm ? My fear is waking up during surgery or not be able to wake up at all

OMG Can you believe that there are people out there who actually do this?

My ex-hubby got shingles a few years, ago. Someone told his mom that if you rub the blood of a black chicken on them, that it will cure them.

Get this....my ex mother-in-law went on a quest for a black chicken! She couldn't find a grown one, so she comes to our house with two young ones!

I was in the bed asleep, when she arrived. My ex came and woke me up, and told me she was there. When he turned to leave the bedroom.....his back was covered in chicken blood!!!!

OMG Can you believe he was too weak to tell her to keep her chicken blood to herself?!

I thought I would die!!! Turns out....only one little chicken lost it's life, though. So, I guess it's kind of a happy ending......or not. Dang!

I've been off work for almost a year now with vertigo. At first the doc thought I has labyrinthitis but that was later disproved... It kept going on & it got more serious & the doc then thought it could be a tumour but thankfully the scans were clear.
I'm really confused to not have a diagnosis as apparently, vertigo is caused by something but in this case I have no clue why I've felt like this for so long...
I'm not having any treatment at all now but I'm still desperatley dizzy every day, I keep falling over & I can only look right ahead when I'm walking.
If I try to look around I stumble & fall.
Is there anyone else out there with the same kind of thing going on?
Any answers or comments would be really appreciated & probably pretty intersting.
Just getting sooo sick of it right now....

She is 10 years old and the doctor told us she just has little cuts on the outside of her rectum(fishers), and to give her a lot of apple juice. But she's still in pain every time. She also has had some bleeding, but I don't think that is a problem anymore. What can I do with her diet, herbs and anything else? Please help! It's been months.

I've a constant headache 4 the past 5 days. Dnt think itz a tension headache cause my neck muscles dnt hurt. My temples, eyes, ears hurt though. It hurts to jus look & keep my eyes open. My forehead also hurts. Can any1 tell me what this could be?

I recently hit my head on the corner of a table. I was feeling funny and saw a DR. I was told I had a concussion( a bruise on the front and the back of my brain) not only do I have a massive head ache, but i also have loss on my left side, i am having problems thinking, focusing, and speeking what i am thiking. i have blured vission in one eye, and over all just dont feel myself. how long should i feel like this, or is this something permaninte?

the throat "seeds" as they are called, come into my mouth about once a month. It almost looks like corn kernals except they smell really bad. It seems like they might be plaque that gets stuck in the cracks of the throat. I never knew what this was called and thought I may be the only person suffering from this. It's really a weird thing. A women's magazine called them seeds. How do I prevent or get rid of these? It's gross!
