And he's the only surgeon that knows how to perform this surgery? Well, I mean, obviously you'll probably die, but what can your family do about this? Can the surgeon get in trouble? What if he dies--can his family or the hospital get in trouble?

On my hiking trip in 2005, my hiking partner told me to use the washroom before going to sleep,otherwise my body will spend time concentrating on heating any urine in my bladder. I've also heard that coffee is a diuretic.Is it safe/recommended to give coffee to anyone sufferng from hypothermia?

i got a sunburn 3 days ago and it stopped hurting but now its all itchy and tingly all over where i got burnt and i tried rubbing aloe vera gel and vitamin e lotion on it but nothings helping. is this normal to happen and is there anything i can do to stop it?

My son injured his big toe at camp two weeks ago and his nail has detached from the nail bed. It's still attached at the back and along the sides (I think). We've been covering it with a guaze bandage and it hasn't fallen off yet. Should we continue to protect it or let it come off. I heard if you take it off too soon you can cause the cuticle to close and a new nail will not form. He plays ice hockey and wants to play a pick up game tonight. I'm afraid it will cause the nail to come off completely.

Four days ago my son accidentally came down with his knee in the center of my stomach, to where I almost passed out from the pain. After that I was in a lot of pain, but I thought it would go away. Since then I get very dizzy and my stomach is now swollen almost twice the size as normal. I have stomach pain that stays with me , but sometimes it is so excruciating I am not sure what to do.

Every day we sit through hundreds of commercials on drugs telling us to ask your doctor if you need this or that. What right do drug companies have to play doctor. If any one person went around offering drugs to people and they died, we would be arrested on the spot. So why do we let drug companies get away with murder. Hundreds die daily because of legal drug use. I ask a mortician once, what the number one cause of death was in seniors and he said persciption drugs over cancer and heart disease.

overseer needs to watch for every penny and make sure it gets for that purpose!Has to be an honest person too!I think every penny spent anywhere needs to have an overseer to make sure it gets to designated place.Cut all that pork barrell.Hungry and life is worth more than one red penny!greedeyness has to go!Embelezzlers too!Our USA has to keep all our Americans working here!Some of our kids are starving because familys breadwinners are laid off because there company has gone for cheaper labor to another counrty!We cannot help anybody till be help ourselves.Then we are stong enough to help others!

i was stuck to answer this, as although it is a great idea to send donations for them to help themselves, wouldnt it be wise to send condoms etc... to help prevent more children being born, and the vicious circle of sending more money and donations to help themselves lead a better life.? It started a debate with me, so overall do you think we should emphasise the use of contraception to people of 3rd world countries to prevent them having more children?

Hi all,

I woke up this morning with ringing in my left ear. It's driving me insane. I did some research and found the symtom tinnitus. I thought it was ear wax build up, so I cleaned it with a over the counter ear wax remover, but the ringing still occurs. What I have found out about tinnitus is that it can be also caused to over-dose of caffeine. I have taken a lot of caffeine the past 2 days and I also drink about 5 beers a week. Could it be tinnitus that's buzzing me? This ringing has happened to me before, only when I got water in my hear from showering and it would cure itself in a week. What can I do to make it better? I just want the ringing to stop. Please help.
