Im not a big meat eater-I eat some chicken/fish occasionally, but generally no red meat. I mainly stick to veggie/soy products and fruit/vegetables.

I don't want to be tired, but I dont want to eat red meat, either.

Last night I finally got a good nights sleep and I still woke up tired and unrefreshed. Assuming the problem is insomnia, does it take a few nights to be refreshed by sleep once the problem is taken care of.

Please don't tell me to ask my doctor or look into other possibilities for I'm doing so already.

She is about to turn 64 years old and I worry that she hasn't been to a doctor in over 10 years (at least). Whenever I try to get her to go, she just says that she doesn't want to spend her money going to the doctor. She has always been relatively healthy, but I just want her to get a check up or something.
