Lets say that you have HPV right?? And along with the virus you have an outbreak of Genital Warts. So you get the warts frozen off by your doctor. Even if all the warts are completely gone, if you have unprotected sex with your partner will they still get the virus? Or can they only get the virus during the time of your outbreak?

I have a low grade of HPV. Although I have never had any warts, I have had vanginal burning that lasted for 8 months. The pain finally went away but my skin is still always red. I know it was any type of vaginal infection because the doctors checked so many times. But does hpv sometimes cause vaginal burning? And also... does hpv go away??? Like I read some things on the internet where people say they no longer have HPV. I thought HPV is a forever virus.

My girlfriend recently found out she is hiv positive. I have been tested many times and am negative. I want to have sex with her but everytime I do i get real bad anxiety. How do couples deal with the stress and anxiety of having sex if one person is hiv positive?

My 2 year old daughter got genital warts last month. Her father is currently being investigated and tested, but he's demanding I be tested also. I had this when I was 16, but never had any warts since then and am 37 now. Is it still possible this could have come from me by my changing her diapers?

ok, a couple weeks ago i noticed a zit or a bump on the underside of my penis. it got a little bigger over the next day or so...but i rubbed alcohol on it and the next day it went away. then a week later another one appeared in a different area of my penis and i did the same alcohol treatment and that one went away. ok i don't want to get tested cause i know they stick a q-tip up your penis hole and that doesn't sit right with me. so do you think i have an STD or is that sort of thing just normal?

I know you can get some std's from bacteria like you could get from anal sex. But, unless someoe already has it, can you get aids like spontaneously??

My wife and I are going through rough times. We are separated. I had an affair about a month ago, for the first time. We were already having tensions, but this actually served as a catalyst for me to move out. The guilt. The other thing is, I had unprotected sex. So not wanting to take chances, I moved out because if I had actually contracted something, I don't want to give it to her. Now I am noticing that something did happen. I found some pale discoloration on my foreskin. It doesn't sound like Candida. It looks like ringworm. There is an oval ring shaped spot on the bottom of my penis, with slightly raised edges, barely noticable. And a couple of other smaller spots on top. Nothing on the head. I have been putting Lotrimin on it for a week. No results yet. Does it sound like something serious?

My girlfriend started getting genital warts around 7 months ago. The first few months we thought that they were just razor bumps. We have continued having unprotected sex during this time. We have been together in a monogomus relationship for 3 years too. I developed plater warts on my feet around the same time she started noticeing the bumps. Then she got diagnosed with the warts when she went to the docter because the bumps started looking like warts. I dont have any signs of the warts. I am concerned that we can pass them too me. I heard even if you use a condom it doesnt gaurentee that you wont get it because you are exposed still in the areas where your not wearing the condom. Since we have been having sex 3 times a week for years is it ok that we just continue to have sex as usual with no condoms or what?
