so i know this girl, and a while back, she said she had genital warts. now, it sounded like she was kidding but im not really sure. How does this spread? is it a disease? if i touch it will it transfer to me?

Genital warts are caused by HPV (human papillomavirus).
A person needs to have sex (vaginal, oral, or anal) with someone who has HPV or have DIRECT skin to skin contact with the infected area of someone who has HPV in order to contract the virus.

yeah, if she had it, aka HPV, she still has it. It is an STD, so you cant get it by touching it persay, but you can get it by genital contact and fluid transfer.
