No matter what I do it smells like fish down there. I'm a guy and my girlfriend smells down there too. I know I must have somrthing because yesterday I washed with soap for like 10 minutes in the shower really good and then got out and got into a fresh clean towel and sat down (didnt ut any clothes on, I thought it might be my clothes) and within 20 minutes the smell was returning down there. It is especially below my penis like around my rectum. What drug do I need to get rid of thhis .

i need to know cause i'm doing some research on them and i need to know cause i wanna know what they look like and everything.i might have got one so i need to know about them....i don't know what else to do the docter said i was fine and gave me some medication for whatever it was i had and he said it would go away but i still have whatever it is i have.so yea....thank you for your time it's very appriciated (bad spelling,sorry).

To start with, i have had Safe sex (Using a Condom) with a Prostitute an year back.
After 6 months, i started feeling pain in both of my ribs (Joint pain) and felt numbness in both of hands and legs.My BP from
then on is in the range of (128/63) to (135/70).I have had diarrhoea also but no fever.
after a few months, red dots have started appearing on both sides of my rib surfaces.Also, iam feeling Burning Hot inside
around the sides of my abdomen and stomach.
Have taken Blood test for HIV and found HIV Negative after 9.5 months of exposure..And again after 1 year now, have recently
tested HIV Negative in another clinic..

X-rays taken for chest, Spines and sides are OK.No Ulcer,Gall Baldder stone..Lungs and Kidneys are OK.
the doctor said that My White Blood cell count was High (Above normal) (Instead of tthe normal range of 3.3 to 9.0, i have 9.7) stating that i may have some Bacterial Infection.
Iam not yet married. I could not tolerate my pain.is there any other STD test required

I have worked in med field so yes should know better...but
in past was stuck 2 times by needle at office....before the newer boxes to put used needles in..and regulations now in place
have had unprotected sex.....5 years ago...none that I know had std
have had couple of neg hiv test but also several years ago
Question is..I am too scared to be tested ...in a rural county it would be out in the public in no time IF was positive.
I have had NO symptoms whatsoever...none....my doctor tries to reassure me all the time that I don't have HIV, as does my gyn, gastro doc etc......am I being paranoid just being in the med field?

well me and my fiance has been engaged for 2years but my fiance has phimosis and i want to get pregnant but due to the phimosis its hard for the semen to "come out" but i dont know how. So can any doctors give me any ways to treat this phimosis
