There a couple of symptoms, but bear in mind that they don't only apply to prostate enlargement and that there are a few reasons why prostates enlarge.

Ok...here we go:

-When urinating... weak stream.
-Taking a long time for the stream to start
-Dribbling at the end of urination.
-Suddenly feeling the urge to urinate.
-Getting up suddenly and unexpectedly at night to urinate.

Some people have additional problems which are less common. These include:
-Back pain
-Pain on defacation
-Pain when ejaculating.

I hope this is what you wanted to know.
