I have genital herpes. I slept with my boyfriend the other day, and was unaware of any blisters that were present until a while after having sex, my boyfriend then said that the condom had split in the process.. Does this mean he would have definately caught something, or is it a chance that he might not have. I mean in all cases would you catch something off someone if they have an STD if the condom splits??

Surely you can't catch HIV if you already have it. So is it ok?

There should be a club, like a dating service where people who have HIV and AIDS can meet up and go out. Because people who have it could never really have totally risk free sex with a non-carrier, the condom could always break. If they slept with another HIV carrier they wouldn't have to worry about explaining their illnesses to the other person or worrying about their reaction.

I've been waiting a week so far but I haven't even been thinking about it. I almost had sex but I don't remember for sure if I did or not with this girl, At one point we were both naked I remember that but then I think I passed out, It was the stupidest thing I've ever done and I'm not even sure what happened I don't think there was pentration but still the first results that came back when I went to the clinic were positive for clamidia and Its rumoured that this girl may have been HIV positive. I have never had any other unprtected sex before and was completley suprised to find that I had anything I just went for peace of mind but it doesn't even seem real to me that I may be infected. If they tell me I am I won't know how to feel cause I'm already depressed. I don't even know if I would outlive my parents. WOul;d aprettiate all comments on this thanks.

ok my boyfriend works at a hospital. He didn't have gloves on and got hiv blood on his hand. They said he had no visible open cuts. He then received a PPE shot or something like that. I guess this shot is supposed to avoid infection somehow. Anyways they said they are going to test him one week later, three weeks, three months, and one year. Do I have to wait one year to have sex w/ him. B/c I read online that 97% of people show antibodies in 3 months. How long should i wait i'm scared. So far he's been tested one week, three weeks, and three months. Am I ok to have sex w/ him now? What are the chances that he could have it after testing negative 3 times. Also why do they want to test him after a year? I thought the max time was 3-6 months. please help

he never told me about them. I discovered them myself. I have since been checked and am ok. no sign of any disease. he was put on Aldara cream. He swears he has not been unfaithful, but we have been married for 20 years and he has never had any previous symptoms. The warts are on his behind only, do you think he is gay?

A couple of doctors said that it mite be pigmentation of the genital skin, there are these white dots over my penis head and shaft and i have used condylox cream in the past but the warts or pigmentation of the skin still came back.....months after they were removed from the skin, does anyone know some type of cream i can use or soap>? anything any advice will be helpful, pleeeeaaaaseee, i need help, please, thank you for your time.

I've been married for 4 months, and just got diagnosed with herpes. My husband says he's never had herpes, and I sure haven't slept with anyone else. Is it possible that I've had it all along? I know they say this is possible, but they also say the 1st outbreak is the worst. I KNOW that I would have noticed something worse than what I'm going through now. Yes, I'm stressed, so that could have done it, but I've been worse before. He's saying I gave it to him but is very understanding about it. I'm just curious if there's a way to find out how long I've had it??
