Skin Conditions - June 2007

A couple of days ago i used this soap it was made by one of my grandma's friends and it devoloped a red, peeling dry rash on my face..mousterizer helps but only 4 about an hour then it goes back 2 a disgusting rash. I have 2 go 2 a party i 2 DAYS!!!! I need help

phew ok here it go's. 5 days ago i started getting red bumps on my......head. (the other one) ya..... anyways it was just like 2 bumps now its a rash it it cover about half of it and there are more bumps and it looks like acne and it spreading please let me know if im in trouble or somthing im going into high school next year so i havent had sex yet. so it proboly isent herpies.

Every summer is when I start doing my nails again. I bought a new kind of nail polish remover, "Sally Hansens Extra strength". I've had plantars warts on my hands for the last 2 years, and on my feet for 3. Ever since switching to this new nailpolish remover they have been drastically shrinking in size, and some are even 100% gone! Seeing that this was working, I've been using a q-tip to dab it on the few warts that are left to get them gone-asap.. I hate these guys!

I am just wondering if I am harming my body more than doing good to it?? I probably only have another week or two left of applying it.. is it safe enough?

I am very ill and I know that on days when I feel really good, if I can get that to stretch out to weeks or a month, hairgrowth begins again. I have more surgery coming up with lots of pain and healing. What can I do to keep my hair and/or even grow more? Anything? Thanks!

For some reason the last couple of days my nose has been red and stinging. I'm a 19 year old male. Doubt its rosacea becuz it's just been doing this recently. Anyone else get this? Hope the **** goes away. Also I haven't been in the sun that much. Any ideas how to deal with this?

I am looking for homemade masks...i've heard natural ingredients are a whole lot better for your skin...i have oily/combination skin...and some small red pimples...or some sites...i know certain ingredients are for specific skin types and do certain things to their skin, so if you know about any masks or sites that are according to skin type...all your info will be greatly appreciated!

I've had them since my early 30's and spider veins too. I feel like an old lady in a 37 yr old body. I'm so ashamed to be seen in shorts. Even capris wouldn't make me feel good because the spider veins are all over my feet too. It's getting hot now and everyone else is enjoying summer but me because all I wear is pants.

I have had Shingles twice in my life now. I haven't had a breakout for about a year now. When I do, it's always located along my left side starting middle of my back and wrapping around. Although I haven't broke out in a while I do find I'm always itchy around the area that did break out. Is this commen?

ok well i get cold sores on my upper lip somtimes (it's not herpes is genetic) anywaz well i seem to have gotten a cold sore looking thing in my nose, it hurts and is so annoying...can you get cold sores in your nose? how? and how do i get rid of it? its by the opening in my nose and then goes up, please not rude comments lol i know this is nasty

I recently have found a lump near my neck/back. It is hard and about marble size. It does not hurt and it does not protrude from the skin but i can feel it underneath my skin. iam a girl and im only 15 what could it be? please help

They are 1/4 cm across....about skin colour, and they have taken a few years to grow....now I have new ones I can see starting....they are on my nose and around my eyes especially.....I have seen a dermatologist...he just said they were nothing to worry about and I could have them removed, but there would be scars....

WHAT ARE THEY!? They don't hurt, they just look ugly and i'm worried my whole face will be covered in them in the next few years.

I'm only 27, fair skinned.
