Rest the foot: soak in mildly warm saline water for a few min's: you will get some relief! Other than that, consult a doc. when you can!

Definitely do not stroll barefoot. Wear socks always. For delicate, gentle dermis at the most sensible of my foot I use a sugar scrub (simply use consistent sugar with a few water and blend. Don't make it too watery, simply sufficient for it to seem and think like a scrub). For the bottoms of your foot purchase a foot scrubber. After a tub or bathe is the nice time to clean the useless dermis off. It scrubs off instantly. If you do get pedicures ask your manicurist in the event that they furnish a callous remover therapy. I bought my first one performed in September and my toes have been amazingly gentle till December. Use lotion probably as good.

I would make a doctor appointment with your family health provider.
