Skin tags are small growths of tissue on the skin's surface. They are usually benign and painless and do not grow or change. They can be found most anywhere on the body but are usually located on the neck, armpits, trunk, and body folds. The growths may be surgically removed by freezing (cryotherapy), or electrically burned off (cautery).

Dab a little nail polish on them (the clear kind), and they should dry up and fall off quickly. If they are large, you can actually tie a thread around each one and they will dry up and fall off by the next day.

you have to go to the dr and have them freeze them off. if its a cluster that keeps coming back in the same area- it could be something else (non life threatening)
