My son loves to draw on himself with permanent markers. He covers his body! The best and easiest way to remove it is with spray-on sunblock (Coppertone Sport 50SPF Clear). Spray on and wipe off with a paper towel. You may have to do it twice if the area is really heavy with marker.

I go to concerts frequently and they mark your hand with a marker. I use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to get it off. Good luck

fingernail polish remover might work, but it is called permanent for a reason, it will take about a month for the dead skin cells to sluff enough for it to be gone completely.
