Skin Conditions - April 2007

Damn, I had it under control for the longest time. This week it hit hard though. I have no clue what's going wrong. I am taking today off though. Just relaxing. Maybe it's stress I don't know. Just 2 weeks ago my skin was fairly clear. Now it's f'd... what just happened? Maybe it's my beginning use of Blue Light Therapy??? It says it will make it worse at first then make it get better... could this be why?

I understand that you can bath in Epsom Salts and its said to relax the body? How often can you bathe in Epsom Salts? is it dangerous or safe to use if you have dry skin?

I have had acne for more than 5 years and have alot of dark spots one my face. What can I do to get rid of the spots and lessen the amount of new acne coming up. I have tried Proactiv it does not work for me. It has gotten so bad that I hate taking pictures because all you notice are the spots. Please help. Thanks in Advance.

one morning.. i woke up and DEAR LORD.. the whole
lower half of my face was dry and peeling.
i know its not like sunburn peeling.
every lotion/cleanser/any-ever-blessed-thing makes my face
burn or hurt or break out.
my skin is really dry.. and sensitive.
i was forced to switch to baby laundry detergent..((well.. maybe i didnt have to.. but babies smell so sweet. hehe))
yeah anyway. my skin reacts to anything!1
does anyone know any good junk to do for this.

my little girl is five years old in a few days and has suffered with itchy feet in the last couple of weeks. It also happened last year when the weather warmed up. its driving me mad not to mention my little one who often is crying and constantly itching her feet. i have tried various creams, washed her feet, washed her shoes, put clean socks on, and i have resorted to bare feet at home as i dont think creams and clean socks are helping her. Hiya i'm 19 and i've got eczema on my face it is quite bad as there are patches under my eyes and it is very irritating aswell as looks bad. They are just under the bottom eyelids and around the thickness\ length of the eybrow. Ive got a steroid ointment from the Derm and try to moisturize it regularly using vasline etc. but it doesnt seem to help, it went and came back straight away. Its been like this for about 3 weeks now.

Its really getting me down, can anyone help? Could it be anything to do with eye strain?

hi all,
i suffered from quite bad eczema as a child and now have odd patchy arms. my upper arm has white blobs that are scars from the eczema other than the colour my arms are normal the skin is smooth etc. I moisturise twice daily and have used pure vitamen e oil but to no avail does anyone else have this problem and know how to improve it?
I also was given a lot of steroid creams which i used daily for about 5 years on and off in my early teens mostly on my face. now i know they are really bad and lighten and thin the skin. i was wondering if anyone knew of a way to reverse the effects or could tell me how this will effect me later on as i age etc. ???
