i have a bad skin rash for two days. its very itchy. i am scared of antiallergy tablets. can i use sedofan ?

I don't understand why you are scared of a pill. Anyhow, you can get some Benadryl spray. Go to your pharmacy and ask for a spray or ointment that works on skin. If you can't swallow pills you can get a liquid antihistamine

Next you need to figure out WHY you have the rash. Have you been to your doctor? Get some mild soap to use like Dove which is most recommended by dermatologists. Also get some non scented laundry soap and fabric softner to wash your clothing and bedding.
