Can a person give cellulitis to another person through kissing?

Hum not that I know of but then again I don't really know much about this. I did a google search and didn't find anything saying it could be passed on by kissing, but if you are concerned perhaps call your doctor and ask I am sure they will be happy to help

no. cellulitis is an infection at the cellular level, unless whomever you were kissing, bit into your lip and spit in the wound, you would not get a cellulitis.
