Has anyone had any experience with Grovers disease?Would love to hear what worked for you.?

I don't want to worry you, but I have had Grovers for some time and have found nothing that helps. Various solutions are mentioned on the internet but my dermatologist says that most have potentially serious side-effects and the other didn't work for me.
