Does anyone know if Aloe Vera is any good for acne scars on the face also will it cause more spots?
Or do you know of something else I could use?

nothing will take the scars away, but Aloe Vera helps fade the scares and so does liquid vitamin E just apply in every night to your face and leave it until morning then wash it off, I had cystic acne when I was in high school and those were the only things that didn't cause more, helped clears the acne that I had and faded the scares a lot.

Aloe Vera is a great natural healer for the skin. I'm not sure if it can tackle acne scars to any degree. But, I do know a combination of calamine, alcohol, and aloe has healed a large scar/hole in the skin until you no longer see it.

There are plenty of cases of people using Aloe Vera for acne but actually using the drinking gel rather than applying it to the face.....needs to be really pure aloe though......the best one is made by Forever Living Products......

Not sure about Aloe Vera but Witch hazel works a treat on blemishes,spots etc

Pure Aloe Vera, directly from the plant itself, will help; also try Bio Oil, widely available...it has the reputation of reducing scarrring...it will take several months of use to show results though.

Scars are caused by skin that has already healed unevenly. There is no cream that will reduce them. You can get cosmetic procedures to help, ask a cosmetic surgeon or dermatologist.

Try Bio-Oil, it is supposed to get rid of scars and age spots, and it is non greasy.
