Soak and wash your feet in shampoo and three caps of bleach, put lotioin on yur feet, u can by Lotrimin its the strongest over the counter antifungal. U can use tinactin spray also over the counter. also wear cotton sock all the time to absorbs sweat

get an anti-fungal over the counter and wash your feet well and dry them well before applying. Fungus grows in dark moist and warm places... keep your feet dry!
If it does not improve, see your doctor.
