Well I eat well, drink 80% of my fluids as water(others are protein shakes orange juice and milk), I take vitamin tablets, use the best acne treatment on the market, which has helped but I still get it a little, the only thing I have on my bad side is that I only get 5-6 hours of sleep in the weekdays, could this be it?

My 2 year old daughter has had a rash for 17 days now. It looks similar to scabies but the doctors tell me it is not. The first doctor said it was viral. The second doctor said it was most definitely NOT viral and did an allergy test. It came back showing that she had a low allergy toward dust and peanuts. The nurse who told me the results said that it is not uncommon for many people to come back with a low allergy toward those two things. She said it is unlikely that it is causing her rash. She has no other symptoms. She hasn't had even a cold in months. She seems perfectly healthy except for this rash that starts to get a little better and then flares up again. I have an appointment for her to see a dermatologist but that's not for another 2 1/2 weeks. I really hope that someone might have an answer to my worry. If you know what this could be ... please tell me. Thanks and God bless!

ok so i have a HUGE cold and ran out of Kleenex. SO i was using paper towels from the kitchen to blow my nose for the past few days. now, the area around the nostrils of my nose is chapped, raw, and flaky. some of the raw, flaky skin comes off when i blow my nose again and it bleeds and hurts a lot. i know, itss gross. what should i do? i have tried putting repairing lotion, creams and moisturizers around the skin but it all just comes of the next time i blow my nose and even if it manages to stay on, it just gets dry and cakey (i guess with the raw skin and occasional blood) and makes the "wound" hurt more.

HELp?

I have dry skin, and never got zits at all until my late 20's (I'm now 39) . Now I've had short hair for a year and I'm getting zits behind my ears and down my neck. I even have some on my upper back. Staph infection might explain one or two zits but I've treated that, and they just keep coming and don't appear to be staph this time.
I use hydrogen peroxide to dry up when I do break out, but it doesn't keep new ones from coming.

My fiance has scalp psoriasis, which gets pretty bad sometimes. Nothing has seemed to work. Kari Dee on Top Model kept talking about how she used to have some sort of psoriasis, did it just go away? What are the treatments for psoriasis that actually WORK and don't stop working? He's tried so many shampoos (denorex, t gel, prescription, etc.) and nothing has worked long term, it just comes back. Are there pills? Diet changes? Anything???

Just back from the doctor's as my eczema has really flared up badly this week.
I asked the doc if he could send me for some allergy testing ot food intolerence testing and he told me NO.
He said doctors can only treat eczema as I have already been diagnosed has being a sufferer of it.
He has just given me more creams to apply, Dermovate, Betnovate, and hydrocortizine cream plus an oatmeal shampoo, total cost just under £30, not bothered about the cost at all, I was just wondering if anyone had any hints, tips or remidies I could try.

It's driving me mad guys so anything would be helpful...

I started to have psoriasis when I was 15 years old. I'm a female and I thought it was just a bad case of dandruff and scars due to scratching of head. When I got a very short haircut, it seemed to disappear, and I thought it did. It came back when I was 16 1/2 years old. A few months later, it disappeared and it came back again after a few months when I started sleeping late at night due to school projects. My mother told me that it was because of stress and sleeping late. And I told myself I won't be sleeping late anymore and drank virgin coconut oil, and I think it disappeared somewhat. It's not as worse as it had been before. I am really worried that I'll be able to live with it for the rest of my life. And recently, my younger sister appeared to get it as well on the scalp. I have a relative who is diagnosed with psoriasis as well, but she is around 40 + already and has psoriasis all over her body. Please help me! Thanks!

I just found a bald spot on my dog, Sasha. Its pink as if the skin was peeled off. doesnt have the ringworm look to it because its smooth. Doesnt hurt when pressed. Just a smooth pink bald spot. She acts as if its not there. I seen her lick it yesterday, the day that I noticed it. What could it be? and if it is possibly ringworm, could I put bleach on it?
