The first thing you do is the Alkalize.

See: The Battle for health is over PH

When the blood contains living nutrients, the body’s cellular metabolism and pH is in proper balance, and the cells are properly nourished, hydrated, and oxygenated – susceptibility to illness is virtually impossible.

Stop with the useless Pharma Drugs. You want a final CURE. Never let your eczema come back... ever.

My daughter has been battling Eczema since she was 6 months old (mainly on her knees and wrists). Cetaphil (comes in a tub) works wonders. Apply it as a sealant after you put the Sigmacort on and that should help. Also, I use the Aveeno wash with Colloidal Oatmeal (has a light blue cap) to bathe and I only bathe her every other day as needed. Baths are luke-warm water and she's in the tub no longer than 10-15 minutes. Right after the bath we apply the creme our doctor prescribed, seal with cetaphil, and then she gets a dose of Adderax (a stronger kind of benadryl) to keep her from scratching as much. Also keep the nails trimmed. You may need to take him to an allergist (which is what I had to do with my daughter) to find out if it's allergy-related eczema (which is what my daughter's is). She's also taking Singulair for her Asthma and Allergies which I think helps with the itch factor as well. There are some natural remedies like Emu Oil but I'm not sure how well they work as I've never tried them. Our dermatologist started our daughter off with something like what you have but it wasn't really helping so when we told them, they insisted we come back and get something a bit stronger and it's made an amazing difference. My daughter seems less bothered by it now and it's beginning to get under some kind of control. So I would suggest another doctor's appointment just in case. Eczema sucks, especially when your own child is suffering from it. Best wishes and hope something works for him soon!

Hello,
Sure it's eczema? Are you under a lot of stress?
Stop wearing all perfume, cosmetics, and rinse cleaner (such as La breeze, softy, lint), even watch your soaps and clothes you wear.
We have to do this for our daughter. (Same problem but not Eczema)
Buy cortisone cream or burn cream with zine, cortisone in it. Works great for her, takes the itch away and redness.

The reason I asked Eczema is because sounds more like an allergy expressly the way you described this rash out break?
When this out break occurs try Benadril. (ask at any drug store dept.) Might help it?

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Best Eczema Treatment?

Cold compresses helps the itching. Cortizone 10 helps with some of the bumpy rash, but a dermatologist could tell you MUCH more info on what causes it. STRESS DOES make it worse or brings it on in the first place. I use triamcinolone (Rx) for some of mine. I hear that it is a strong steroid type ointment, though there are a few others that are stronger. BEST BET... a dermatologist will be able to best tell you how to treat what you have after they've seen the rash.
