My eyes aren't red or anything but my left eye feels dry/pinched like there's something under the lid. Been going on for 3 days now! I don't see anything wrong with it, should I go see a doctor?

Like everyone else is saying, it could be a stye, which isn't that serious. It could be far more serious though, so it would be best if you went to the doctor about it. It could be a scratched cornea or it could be something as weird as having a piece of rusty metal on your eye. Both have happened in my family. As far as the rusty metal goes, all they do is they use a tool that vibrates to pick the metal out and give you a contact lens to keep over your eye to help it to heal better. If it's just a scratched cornea, they'll paint like a liquid band-aid over it. Both are in-office procedures, so I wouldn't be worried about it. Not to freak you out, but you still should go get that checked out. If you're a contact wearer, then you may just have dry eyes, which then they'll give you ointment for that.

But to answer your question, go to the doctor :P

might be a stye, or you could have a piece of sand or something in there. You should have a doctor check it out.
