I think the origin of your backache could be be linked proportionally to the vast number of 'felching activities' you partake in!!

Back pain is quite common and the cause, if you're healthy and have no actual back problems, is strength or lack of exercise.
There are several exericises that you can do each day to strenghten your back and you can do them in five minutes while lying in bed.
Lay flat on your back, raise your legs and bend your knees of course, keeping your feet flat, then arch your hips up and down several times.
Lay flat on your back with your legs straight out, and arch your back so your hips leave the bed or floor.
Get on all fours, and arch your back out, like a cat, then arch it in, and do that several times.
Do situps with your knees bent and feet flat, and only raise as high as is comfortable, and do that in a series of 8 repititons as many times as you have time for, taking a break in between and arching your hips up in between sets.
When you sit for long periods, sit straight with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight. A lumbar support helps.
And, also, take breaks, just a second a or two, where you stand and stretch before retaking your seat.
Exercise is the only cure for back pain and it really does help and you don't need to exercise your back more than 5 minutes everyday to see an improvement.
Good luck.

The main cause of back pain is poor posture caused by being overweight, or by other non-weight factors.
What does soap have to do with it? Or is this some kind of joke? ;=}

You´ve got a backache. It could be related with your nervous system, I think.
