I just found a bald spot on my dog, Sasha. Its pink as if the skin was peeled off. doesnt have the ringworm look to it because its smooth. Doesnt hurt when pressed. Just a smooth pink bald spot. She acts as if its not there. I seen her lick it yesterday, the day that I noticed it. What could it be? and if it is possibly ringworm, could I put bleach on it?

It could be a number of things... Ringworm, mange, or just a hot spot. I definately wouldn't use bleach on it. If you don't want to take him to the vet the best home remedy for skin problems in tea tree oil.

I had ringworm on my arm one time and I used iodine. It
cleared up in a couple of days. I'm not sure if you can use
it on pets.

Not sure what the problem could be, but don't use bleach.

Remember~ anything you use on your pet's skin will end up ingested when the animal cleans himself. Check with your vet before using any topical treatment. Most vets will not charge for questions by phone unless it takes a long time (and then they'll ask you to bring the animal into the office).

Don't use bleach. We had to give our cat medicine. He started out with just a bald patch, then it spread. He looked funny with weird diseased patches on him for about a week, it was great!
