Skin Conditions - December 2006

I used to have alot of them, and then i went to the doctor and they gave me stuff to put on my face and then some tablets and it cleared up nicely, and now i have stopped the course of medicine, they have come back like before. I wash my face with things to look after it, but how do u get rid of them?! thanks

my shins, calves, thighs, bum, sides, stomach are all itchy. its getting worse, started about 10days ago. its not crabs as my genitile area is ok. i'll eventually get to the drs. any1 reccommend anything?

I'm 20 years old and literally had no zits throughout highschool. Now that I hit 20, I have very painful cystic acne. The pimples are very hard and never get a white head, but they hurt, get very large, and very red. I cannot keep going to work looking like this.

Also, the worst thing is, I have a certain spot on my right cheek where a very large one will appear, but then after about a month, it will dissapear, but my skin will stay very hard and sensative to the touch, and even as long as 6 months later, it will arise again, in the SAME exact spot on my cheek until it goes away again. I don't have insurance so I'm pretty sure going to the dermatologist is out of the question here. But i'm desperate..please help.

My son has eczema that isn't clearing up with the aveno baby lotion and the hydrocortizone cream my doctor suggested. It appears to be getting worse. He gets it really bad where he drools on his neck and chest. He gets spots and rashes all over and it looks really bad. Are there any other meds I should consider? I have been told that the cream that dr.'s prescribe may cause skin cancer so i was worried about that.

I am 25 and have really dark circles under my eyes. I dont have kidney or liver problems and I am getting enough sleep (9hrs). They seem to be getting worse and makeup is not covering it anymore. Another medical condtion I have is endomitriosis but I had dark circles under my eyes all my life. What causes this and how do I get rid of it? I tried those vitamin capsules that you put under your eyes but they didnt work. HELP, i look like a zombie!

ok, i have a horrible skin condition that i have been suffering for sometime now.... i have these little bumps all over my body and on certian temperatures of the day they fade or become very red. some look like white heads (which is very gross), and sometimes they itch soo bad. i scratch and now i have scabs at randoms parts of my body...

Last year i got a rash on my palm , it was like the size of 2 quarters and it looked like a bumch of tiny bubbles under the skin that were the size of like the tip of a pin ( maybe a bit bigger) and the skin covering it was redish and shiny. The doctor gave me some cream that made it go away but couldent tell me what it was. It is back but on both palms and the cream the doctor gave me last time ( he perscribed it again) made it worse and he doesnt know what it is , does anyone have any idea of what it could be? It doesnt itch and the little bubbles pop when stuck with a pin and clear liquid comes out

I have just started using differin on my skin for my acne, but i was wondering if it actually does help or am i wasting my time? They say it takes like 3 months to actually see the full effects, but i just thought i'd know ahead of time if other people are seeing results or not. If it's not helpful, then what should i use?
