free test/questionaire/quiz assessment towards diagnosis health conditions etc. based on an informational database.
(Websites which have a free user friendly patient qustionaire that asks specific health questions, and formualate different answers based on the way you answer the specific questions)
I've already seen my doctor, and I'm looking for additional resources to help myself, as well as my doctor.
Doctors unfortunatley are too busy to be as thorough, as it sometimes is necessary to asess your health concerns based on
relevant information you rarely have time to share with your physician.

My mother suffers from this type of Lupus. She is 51 years old. She has some days when she is extremely fatigued or just not feeling well, bu, overall, she can do lots of normal activities. Her doctor has told her that she cannot do any sort of exercise. She takes lots of medications. I feel that my mom should get a second opinion on the exercise thing, because, by all accounts, it should be beneficial to her if she is exercising properly. I think this would help her fatigue, pain, and self-esteem. Can anyone tell me if they know any information on this subject so that I may be of more help to my mother. Thank you, in advance :)

For the last couple of weeks, I have been feeling extremely weak, always dizzy, chronic fatigue, a feeling of unreality, my eyes have been sensitive to light, my ears sensitive to sound, a neck ache, etc. which is causing me anxiety and panic attacks! I can barely function! I underwent thorough blood tests and a brain MRI which both turned out negative/normal (hormones very slightly off) and I just finished an antibiotic for a sinus infection just in case. My doctor put me on Trazadone but my symptoms are just getting worse by the day. Please advise! :)

I had Bell's Palsy back in April of 2006, when I was 8 months pregnant. I read online that it could come back in about 10 years. Well I have gotten it back again and it has only been 9 months. It is the most aggravating thing to get, eating, drinking, even talking is a challange! If anyone has experienced this or knew someone who got it again plaease help me with this on Bell's Palsy! Thanks!

I have noticed most websites warn you that if you have suffered from SH in the past reading about it can make you want to do it again. Why does reading about it make you want to do it? I have been on other websites for anorexia, drug dependence & alcoholism but none carry a similar warning

During a 4 month span I was on antibitics nearly round the clock due to the fact I had some dental and sinus issues. The last one I took was CEFPODOXIME 200mg. I acquired a stomach burning around that time and decided to stop taking the Cefpo. The symptoms receded some shortly after, but have continued since. Its been about 6 weeks since I stopped and the burning although not as bad, contiues. The lower stomach both left and right side, upper stomach, and left and right breasts are effected also. The skin in these areas seems to be itchy alot. I have a great appetite, no bloody or loose stool and no nausea. In the past year I have had an echo, stress test, abdomen ultrasound, chest x-ray, gallbladder ultra sound , complete blood work, H. pylori test and an EGD. All results were as they should be. I am currently taking protonix 40mg twice daily. Is there any suggestions out there as to what is wrong with me and what I should do. Just more time?

I was diagnosed about 12 years ago. The Dr. said I could try the interferon, but that his concern was that once you took the treatment you could never do it again. I decided I would wait until it got worse. How do we know if its worse? I already have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, alot of nerve damage and surgeries what can it hurt now anyway? Sick is sick. I wonder if the damage from the liver has caused all the problems I already have. If so, would the interferon help? Maybe I should not have waited. Right now my liver elevations are up. Dr.says mild inflammation, but I have a copy of the test results and both things they tested are double what they should be. What should I do?

I am worried because, when I was eight months old, I was diagnosed with Bacterial Meningitis, and then, two weeks before my twelfth birthday, I contracted viral encephalitis and was in the hospital for a week and was still experiencing complications in move ment for a week after. i wonder if there is any chance that I have a mental disorder that just hasn't surfaced yet.
