Small white bump on the white part of my eyes from wearing contacts!!?

Question

I wore one of my contacts backwards, I didn’t realized it until later on. Now i have a white bump on only that eye, right between the white part and the colored part of my eye.. and around that area if red. Did it ever happen to anyone here before!?

does it mean i damaged my eye? can it heal? how long wll it take it to heal? and can i have any info on my problem, thank you a lot

Stop wearing your contacts immediately and go see your doctor. You will need prescription eye drops to manage your condition. So, go and get your glasses and get yourself checked out. Do not procrastinate when it comes to your vision.

I'm wearing soft lenses since they first starting making them, and hard lenses since 1966- so I know a little bit about eye problems. You couldn't have "damaged" your eye in the sense that it will not heal completely, because it will. I'm surprised you didn't "see" the difference since you shouldn't have been able to focus correctly.
I would suggest that you don't wear a lens for 24 hours in that eye and if you have regular saline- flush your eye out with saline- that bump should go away in 24 hours, if it doesn't - see your eye doctor.

Sounds like a cyst. Your eye is infected and it may get worse. You better see a doctor.

wearing contacts can cause scarring on your eyeball. You should see an eye doctor and ask them if they can fix it.
